Mandatory Direct-Deposit
As of August 18, 2025, the University of Akron is going 100% direct deposit. If you are currently receiving a live check, you will be receiving several forms of correspondence letting you know what you will need to do to set up your bank account. You can also find a quick link to the direct deposit instructions on the right-hand side of this website.
Your 2025 W2 is now available on MYADP.COM
Below you will find the instructions how to pull your W2 from ADP.com. It is important to know that you must have a current cellphone number in Workday to access your W2.
If you do not have a current cellphone number in Workday or do not choose to use ADP to access your W2 you can send an email to payroll at ASKPAYROLL@Â鶹ֱ²¥KRON.EDU. We will email your W2 directly to you as a secure attachment. We will not be mailing copies of W2s.
