| Q1. Can I use my Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card at any Shakey’s Pizza? |
| Ans. Yes, the Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card is applicable at all Shakey’s Pizza restaurants in Hong Kong. |

| Ans. You can redeem prizes when you have accumulated enough points. For details, please refer to

| Q3. What should I do if I lose my Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card? |
| Ans. You should contact us by email to
cs@shakeys-pizza.com.hk or go to any Shakey’s Pizza for the re-issuance. An administration fee of HK$30 will be applied.

| Q4. Can I have more than one Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card? |
| Ans. Yes, you can but the membership and bonus point are non-transferable. That means although all the cards are under your name, you cannot transfer bonus points from one card to another. |

| Q5. Do I still enjoy the discount and bonus points if I forget to bring my Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card? |
| Ans. Sorry, if your Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card is not shown upon bill settlement, we are unable to give you the discount and bonus points. |

Q6. Can I get my bonus points from delivery? |
|
Ans. Yes! Please tell our operator your membership number when placing order. And then bring along your delivery bill with special stamp together with your membership card to any Shakey’s Pizza within one month to get the bonus points. |

Q7. Can I transfer my membership to my friend? |
|
Ans. Sorry, the membership is non-transferable. |
|

Q8. Why is my Shakey’s Star Loyalty Card not working? |
|
Ans. The magnetic strap inside the card may be damaged by folding, cutting or stabling. And the card cannot be read if it’s laminated. If the card doesn’t work due to these or other human factors, a replacement fee of HK$30 will be charged. If not, we will replace your card for free. |

可以！但請注意會籍及積分不能轉讓。所以即使你擁有多個會籍，積分也不能由一張卡轉換到另一張卡。 |

可以！請於電話落單時，把您的會員號碼告知我們的服務員，並於一個月內帶同蓋有特別蓋章之外賣帳單及會員卡到喜客比薩任何一間分店，我們將為您更新積分。 |

Ans. 很抱歉，會籍不能轉讓。 |

為什麼我的喜客星級會員卡會失效？ |
|
Ans.
這可能因為卡內磁帶被對摺、刮損或釘穿而受損壞。另外，如果會員卡被過膠，也會令讀卡機無法識別磁帶資料。如會員卡因上述或其他人為因素，而導至失效，會員需繳付$30之行政費用作出補領。若非人為損壞，我們將免費為您補發新卡。 |
