In case of card lost, please contact shop managers of Shakey’s Pizza Restaurants for the enquiries and re-issuance of Shakey’s Star Card with an administration fee of $30 (not redeemable against the coupons and reward points). The card will be invalidated within 24 hours after the confirmation of loss. Reward Points will be reserved in the new card according to the latest record in the database system
