Yesterday, I tried to order the take-out Pizza and when i asked detailed info about the membership card to join or other related deatils, they had very good patience and very friendly.
Though there are tons of people outside the Shakey's, the staffs who are in the front of the counters showed the paitence to answer all the questions without "black face" to guests.
I do appreciate their service and will come again for the delicious food.
