I want to make a complaint to your call delivery service!
Today at 5.23pm, I phoned up your delivery hotline and made an order for three dishes (including two lunch sets which according to your website and your leaflet are available till 5.30pm). By the time I have finished telling your call assistant what I needed, she asked me, to my surprise, to wait so that she could check with the restaurant whether they can still entertain my order. So I waited. She came back at 5.27pm telling me that your restaurant cannot do my order because the lunch sets were over. I questioned that as even though it was close to 5.30pm it was not over 5.30 yet. After a few back and forth of questioning, she said she would phone up the restaurant again to check. I did not wait, but hang up.
I feel very frustrated that when you stated it clearly in both your website and your leaflet that your lunch sets are available till 5.30pm, how comes I as a customer need to "bargain" to have my order made. Obviously your business must be blooming that you can act so. Then I congratulate you for losing a tiny bit of business from me which should be nothing to you at all.
