Dear Sir or Madam, I was visit shatin Shakey's yesterday, the food was very nice, but the captian was so vulgar. This is so bad experience meal, I have compliant to the shop manage directly, and I hope you sould give all staff professional training. I look forward to have your reply. Nelson

Although we have retrained all the staff and shared your experience with them, may we know the outlet you had this bad experience, so We can take disciplinary action for the specified captain.
