Biography
Dr. Hoag earned his bachelor's degree at Â鶹ֱ²¥ of Akron and his Master's and Doctorate degrees at The Ohio State University. He was on the Ohio University faculty, then was professor and department chair at a private college in Virginia, and most recently served as a center director at OSU. He has an active research agenda, serves on several State advisory panels and is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
